I am a user-centered problem-solver and designer – creating successful and delightful interaction and interface designs for real people since 2006 – enhancing the user experience for customers of Return Path, Mapquest, Photobucket, Jamba Juice, Corner Bakery, Jimmy Johns, and the Colorado Department of Education.

Following best practices, leading usability and user feedback sessions, contextual user interviews, and design sprint workshops, I collaboratively work with customers, product managers, developers, and systems to solve problems for customers and clients.

I am passionate about collaborating, co-designing, and co-laboring for a consistent and seamless experience across the web, mobile, and real life contexts.

Bottom Line:
I build effective, easy-to-use, and enjoyable products for real people.

“Making the simple complicated is commonplace; making the complicated simple, awesomly simple, that’s creativity.”
